• Single Rooms: R5,800 (small) or R6,500 (large) per month
• 2 Sharing Rooms: R5,200 per month
• 3 Sharing Rooms: R4,600 per month
• 4 Sharing Rooms: R4,200 per month
• 6 Sharing Rooms: R3,000 per month

Your monthly fee includes:

• Fully furnished room with TV (DSTV)
• Utilities (water and electricity)
• Fast, uncapped Wi-Fi
• Access to all facilities (gym, pool, study areas)
• 24/7 security
• Free laundry facilities
• Backup power and water systems

The application process is simple:

1. Click "Apply Online" on our website to complete the application form
2. You will receive confirmation within 24 hours
3. Once approved, we email you the lease agreement to sign
4. Pay your deposit (half of one month's rent) which is held until end of contract

Required documents: Copy of ID/Passport, Guardian/Parent ID copy

• Administration fee: R900 (once-off, non-refundable)
• Monthly rent is payable in advance by the 1st of each month
• Deposit equal to half of one month's rent
• Lease agreements are for 10 months minimum

While basic transport is not included in the rental fee, we offer:

• Optional shuttle service to schools within Midrand for R1,100 per month on a full-duration contract (R1,200 month-to-month)
• Convenient location near major public transport routes

• Secure parking for students with their own vehicles
• Shopping centers and amenities easily accessible

Our move-in process is straightforward:

1. Once your application is approved, you'll receive a move-in date
2. On arrival, you'll need to:
   • Present your ID/Passport
   • Sign the lease agreement
   • Complete a room inspection
   • Receive your room key and access card
3. Our staff will assist with orientation and introduce you to the facilities
4. You'll receive a welcome pack with important information and house rules
